I had really trouble with this person during my listing she could not sell my place and brought two low offers after renovation in the end she wanted to charge me for pictures. This after 5 1/2 months listing with her. It was always very hard to reach her, she never answered the phone. I had to wite faxes to the office and call the broker to get call back. I lost almost six months time. and she is still thinking she is very professional

Giovanna was very arrogant during the inter process. she brought totally inacceptable low ball offers after renovation and spending 10K on a property she was disrespectful to me when I did not agree most time not reachable on the phone. The property has not been removed properly from the MLS. This was really a disaster After going 4 months off the market the property was sold inside 2 weeks for 20 percent more then she got offers. Very poor performance never again and lost 6 months
